Part 2 of our interview with Pedro Pedraza, East Harlem resident, retired researcher at the Center of Puerto Rican Studies (Centro), founder of the National Latino Education Research and Policy project (NLERAP), and current director of the NLERAP northeast regional group (NLERAP-NE).

Mr. Pedraza gives a glimpse into the struggles around bilingual education for Puerto Ricans/Latinos and East Harlem during the early 1970s.
